DEITADA SÓ A VER O TEMPO PASSAR, JE ME SUIS PERDU DANS UN BLEU INFINI.

Uma série apresentada como uma sequência de frames de um filme onde o tempo é um dos personagens principais

Quase que se conseguem ouvir os diferentes sons desta paisagem à medida que as várias telas que compõem este trabalho são percorridas.

Uma imensidão de azuis remete o observador para um céu infinito. Um degradé que simula a passagem do tempo nas telas, que de tão riscadas por tinta tornam-se num fundo desfocado onde a imaginação permite perder-se.

Estes momentos azuis de “pausa” são quebrados pela imagem forte do que poderão ser folhas, e por  entre elas pode-se ler: “deitada, só a ver o tempo passar, je me suis perdu dans un bleu infini”. No frame seguinte, como um semicerrar de olhos apenas o traço preto contrastante se mantém no campo de visão e na memória e como numa tarde de calor as pálpebras acabam por ceder… “e adormeci”.

LYING DOWN JUST WATCHING TIME GO BY, I GOT LOST IN AN INFINITE BLUE.

A series presented as a sequence of frames from a film where time is one of the main characters

You can almost hear the sounds of this landscape as you travel across the various canvases that make up this work.

An immensity of blues takes the viewer to an infinite sky. A gradient simulates the passage of time on canvases that are so scratched with paint that they become a blurred background where the imagination can get lost.

The blue moments of “pause” are broken by the strong image of what could be leaves, and between them you can read: “lying down just watching time go by, i got lost in an infinite blue”. In the next frame, like a half-closed eye, only the contrasting black line remains in the field of vision and in the memory and, like a hot afternoon, the eyelids eventually give way… “and I fell asleep”.
